The Board of Directors of China Milk Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Choi Ho Yan has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 January 2010.Subsequent to the aforesaid resignation, Mr Ng Joo Khin is the sole Secretary of the Company.
